Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of the date of receipt. Please email riccini@keenmaxhk.com and we will process it as soon as possible.

Note:

1. Customers must present relevant receipts or proof of payment.

2. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

3. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, and in their original packaging.

4. Please return the package to the address we provide. If your package is lost in transit, we will not be able to issue a refund, so we recommend that you keep proof of postage.

5. All items will be inspected upon return. We will not be able to issue a refund if the goods are returned in unsuitable condition, incomplete, or after the specified period. Please note that we will not refund any shipping costs.
