Freight arrangements

Once the order is confirmed, delivery arrangements will be processed in approximately 2 - 4 business days, with the exception of pre-ordered items.

[Local Delivery]

• Orders over HK$300 qualify for "free shipping" to a single designated location*, including SF Express smart lockers, SF Express stations, OK convenience stores, or 7-ELEVEN.

      * Free shipping does not include remote areas such as Lantau Island and other outlying islands.  

• For orders under HK$300, a shipping fee of HK$40 will be charged. An "additional shipping fee" will be charged for remote areas.

[Mainland China Delivery]

• Orders of CNY $400 or more qualify for "free shipping", and items will be sent via SF Express.
• For orders under CNY $400, customers will need to pay a shipping fee of CNY $40.

[Macau Delivery]

• Orders of MOP $500 or more qualify for "free shipping", and items will be sent via SF Express.
• For orders under MOP $500, customers will need to pay a shipping fee of MOP $50.

[Taiwan Delivery]

• Orders of TWD 2500 or more qualify for "free shipping", and items will be sent via post or SF Express.
• For orders under TWD 2500, customers will need to pay a shipping fee of TWD 250.

[Note]

1) If customers require delivery to remote areas, an "additional shipping fee" will be charged. For inquiries, please contact our staff at: riccini@keenmaxhk.com.

2) After shipment, it is estimated that local deliveries in Hong Kong will take 2-3 business days to arrive.

3) Orders received on Saturdays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4) If an order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, all items will be shipped together once they have all arrived.
